John Espinola
John founded Art Works in 1980 because he couldn’t imagine making a living any other way than by making art. John holds a BFA in painting and has painted exterior and interior murals throughout Northern California’s Silicon Valley. His bright, bold murals of school mascots are very popular on local campuses.
Friendly Faces
Theresa Brandt
John is most often assisted by Theresa Brandt. A veteran of the semiconductor industry, she worked in Marketing at National Semiconductor and for the president of Zilog, Inc. She joined Art Works in 2000, and became a full partner when she and John Espinola married in 2010. The pair often go to customer meetings together.
