Sign artist John Espinola painted the eagle on the National Blue Ribbon School emblem shown here. It and its companion, the California Distinguished School emblem, are on 1/4″ aluminum circles, 18″ diameter, with a white baked enamel finish. All other graphics on the emblems are high quality vinyl.
