Genevieve Custom Gold Leaf Boat Lettering
Bit of a style change on this transom, from dramatic (lower left) to demure in John Espinola’s design. The smaller, more delicate script will still be noticed, though, because that gold will sparkle and shine wherever she goes.
John appplied two gilds of 23 Kt. gold leaf, then applied the engine-turned finish by hand. He outlined the letters in black enamel and tinted varnish to make a natural looking drop shadow. John also gold-leafed and outlined the CF numbers on her hull.
