This represents a triple threat from sign artist John Espinola. It features gilding in 23Kt. gold leaf, hand painted lettering, and Espinola’s painting of a view familiar to those who use the road.
The substrate is 3/4″ MDO plywood. Espinola cut it to shape, routed the edges, sealed the wood and coated it with primer and an oil enamel finish.
